1. Shipping Information

Complimentary shipping is provided within the contiguous United States.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation.

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

International shipping is available, with rates calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their local authorities.

2. Signature Confirmation on High-Value Orders

To protect both parties, signature confirmation is required on all orders over $450. This ensures secure delivery and protects against potential issues.

If your order is under $450 and you would like to request signature confirmation, you may do so at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to checkout to arrange and pay for this service.

3. Transit Liability

All items are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at LuxuryLightersInternational@gmail.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue to your satisfaction.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions, we will support you in addressing any concerns with the courier.

4. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final once the item has been shipped. Due to the rare and collectible nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch.

We strongly recommend that you review all product details and images carefully before making a purchase. Should you have any questions, our team is happy to assist prior to checkout.

5. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill the order at the stated price, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.

7. Damages Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To assist in processing claims, we may request photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that damaged goods claims will only be accepted for items reported within the 24-hour window, and any damaged items should be kept in their original packaging for inspection.

8. No Warranty or Guarantees

All items sold through Luxury Lighters International are sold as-is, and we do not offer any warranty or guarantees on the functionality or condition of the products unless specifically stated in the product description. Due to the collectible nature of the items, we do not provide warranties for wear, tear, or functionality of the products.
